  • Domestic (US): Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: Orders typically ship within 5-15 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination country.

Please note: Production times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination and the items in your order. The estimated shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • US Standard Shipping: Starting at $4.99 for t-shirts, with additional costs for heavier items like hoodies.

  • International Shipping: Starting at $12.99, with variable costs depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@animeapparel.shop with:

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item.

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Incorrect Orders

In the event of receiving an incorrect product (e.g., wrong size, color, or item), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will ensure the correct item is sent to you at no additional cost.

Returns and Exchanges

As our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you carefully check sizing charts and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items or incorrect orders. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the shipping carrier takes possession of the package, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you experience issues with your delivery.
